Equipment Service and Repairs

We have experienced service technicians that are trained internally and by the manufacturing companies on an ongoing basis to service the products we sell. We can also service and repair all brands of grain bins, augers, drying, conditioning, and material handling equipment. Our service trucks are fully equipped with welders, power tools, hardware, and parts. We also keep a vast parts inventory at our warehouse. This enables us to do most maintenance or repair on your equipment while we are on site. Basically if it stores, dries, conditions, or moves grain or other material, we can service it. Fabrication In our fabrication shop we can custom make transitions, valves, gates, dump pits, and many other things to suite your needs. We can also manufacture replacement parts and equipment that is no longer available through original equipment manufacturer. We have a talented CAD technician on staff to help with parts and equipment designs and drawings to get what you need.

Auger Re-Flighting and Custom Auger Manufacturing

We specialize in re-flighting, repairing, and building custom augers. With our experienced team we have completed thousands of auger re-flights and repairs over the years and have the equipment and know how to do it right. Whether it’s a run of the mill truck auger re-flight, or you need an auger to move hydrated lime, or your mash auger stripped the flighting back and needs repaired, give us a call. We understand the responsibility and accept accountability and are committed to ensure the work is done right and on schedule. Our crews have many years of experience and we have completed a large variety of jobs during our 64+ years in business. Being a family owned business we take a lot of pride in our work and stand behind everything we do. If we’re on the job you can be comfortable knowing it’s in good hands.

Parts and Equipment Inventory

We have a large parts room and over 18,000 sq. ft of warehouse space. We stock a wide variety of fans, heaters, augers, and parts to keep you up and running. Our company was founded on the farm and understands the effect of down-time, especially during harvest. That’s why we’re dedicated to keeping you running with the parts and equipment you need.
